'Island' was shot over 3 weeks on the very wet and windy but remarkably beautiful Isle of Mull in Scotland.
Boom operator Howard Bevan joined me on this 16mm shoot. Due to the fast paced nature of shooting we kept the gear as portable as possible. Sound was recorded onto a Sound Devices 744t Hard-disk with rushes handed in on Compact Flash Cards.
